When will I get my order?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). Transit time takes 5 to 8 business days for US Standard Shipping, or 3 to 5 business days for US Express Shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.
Will the Magnets Damage My Phone or Credit Cards?
Our bags are designed with protective interior padding and separate compartment layouts. Modern smartphones (which use solid-state flash memory) and standard chip cards are safe inside the bag. As a standard safety practice, we recommend keeping magnetic stripe cards or sensitive electronic items stored in the designated main pockets away from direct contact with the external magnet zone.
